Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Full Time, Waterville Office

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to operate the front desk reception area at our Waterville office. This position is the hub of the administrative operation which keeps our office working. Some of the responsibilities include: answering all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, greeting visitors, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, human resources support, as well as additional administrative duties.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED and at least one year of relevant office experience is required. Prior experience in a healthcare or decentralized environment is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Professional and polite phone skills – Switchboard/Phone Systems experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience and capabilities in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and company databases.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high volume environment.

Clinical Supervisor/Outpatient Therapist
Full-Time, Wilton Office

Care & Comfort has a full-time opening in our Wilton Office for a licensed professional who enjoys some independence.

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor & Outpatient Therapist to work in our Behavioral Health Services division, out of our Wilton office.

This position provides office-based outpatient therapy (individual and family therapy) and community-based HCT (home-based community therapy) services to children and adults.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling and/or social work and have Maine licensure as a LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC or LCPC-C.
  • Prior experience in completing diagnostic assessments, writing treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based treatment practices are required.
  • Related field experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with behavioral health needs is strongly encouraged, but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and pass a background check and DHHS Maine Child Protective Services check.

Employee will have direct 1-on-1 interaction with client inside the home or community setting according to the guidelines established in the Individual Habilitation Plan and under the supervision of a clinical supervisor.

High school graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance. Must complete Care & Comfort's CSW orientation, Mandt and CPR training

DSP - Direct Support Professional

Provides habilitation services as outlined in the Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP). These may include supervising the client within the community, self-care/hygiene, and interacting in peer activities.

Two (2) years working with the MR adult population. High School graduate or equivalent. Must complete orientation and required training.

BHP - Behavioral Health Professional

Directs interaction with client under supervision of licensed clinical social worker, LCPC, LMSW or RNC utilizing interventions as detailed in an ISP treatment plan. Provides behavioral and skilled based interventions to clients and their families in the home or a community setting.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children and/or adolescents with behavioral health needs and a Bachelor’s Degree are required.

Staffing Supervisor
Full-Time, Dover-Foxcroft

Care & Comfort currently has a full-time opening for a Home Health Staffing Supervisor out of our Dover-Foxcroft Branch Office. The position reports to the Home Health Team Leader and collaborates closely with other supervisors, managers, and staff members.

  • Strong skills to multi-task, problem solve, as well as organize and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work well in a team setting
  • Good computer skills including efficient and accurate data entry with ability to learn our database system.
