
Children's Case Management
Care & Comfort provides case management services for families with a child (birth-20) who has a developmental disability (Autism or Intellectual Disability) or a behavioral health diagnosis. Case Managers work as advocates for client and family needs in a variety of settings. All services are approached with the best interest of the client and family in mind, and with a high level of respect and dignity through a team-based approach.
Areas of focus include:
- Coordination of current and desired services
- Advocacy for the child's rights
- Monitoring of services provided
- Referring for any necessary supportive or therapeutic services.
